Mental Health and Family Violence Prevention Services
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need help, Texas has opened a 24/7 mental health hotline: 833-986-1919 to speak to someone.
You can also reach someone via text messaging
by texting SHARE to 741741
If you are experiencing abuse or suspect that someone is in danger please call 210-207-SAPD to get help making a safety plan or report suspected abuse.
If you need help finding shelter Family Violence Prevention Services can assist you 24/7 at 210-733-8810.
