Grievance Procedure
If a participant becomes dissatisfied with the services of the THRU Project Next Step Housing Program, or any staff member that works for THRU Project, it is your right to discuss the matter with the Director of Programs or CEO at THRU Project. Participants may file a written grievance to be reviewed. Upon receipt, the Director of Programs and CEO will acknowledge and respond with an answer within one week.
Note: No program requirements or directives will be changed due to participant grievance, but suggestions will be taken into consideration.
I have read and understand the grievance process of the THRU Project Next Step Housing Program Grievance Procedure and will abide by the decision of those reviewing any grievance.
